When Justin Schulz first took a good look at the job market after graduating from college, he saw two paths in front of him: community banking or large capital management institutions.

It was a clear choice from the start.

“I have always just connected better with community banking as I value the relationship with the client. That goes hand in hand with what I enjoy about it, as I love coming up with novel solutions for the client that meets their unique needs,” he says.

That path has led Justin all the way to INB, where he has joined the INB Chesterfield office as VP, portfolio manager. When he learned about INB, Justin saw what he describes as a “perfect combination” of expertise, ambition, and core values.

Justin is a native of St. Peters, Missouri, and attended St. Dominic High School in O’Fallon, Missouri. He completed a bachelor’s degree in finance & banking from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2006. He also received his MBA with an emphasis in accounting from Lindenwood University – St. Charles in 2020.

Today, Justin lives in St. Charles City with his wife, Ginny, and his son, Leo, who was adopted in 2019.
